GIRLS AND WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Queens In The Making Training And Young Queens Club Mentorship
The Work It Well Project seeks to reduce at-risk behaviors by providing a platform that can reduce trauma, drama, violence, poverty and the negative depiction of their images. It is giving girls and young women a healthier and safer choices for them to thrive. This is to change the narrative that black women and girls are lowly creatures exposed to detrimental gateways and inappropriate behaviors and enable them to have a wider and broader access to resources and literacy that helps them become wiser and too make better choices. We seek to help demystify intergenerational dysfunction and environmental issues within families and communities, while empowering girls and women with the tools and insight to thrive and not just survive.
