​Our Story

It Started With Her Story...​
Our founder Dr. Suga-T Stevens was a victim of violence, had low self-esteem, was a teen mom and shortly after her children became adults, she was made a young grandmother.  In the midst of healing her trauma, low self-esteem, risky behavior, and healthy career choices, she developed into one of the most influential innovators in entertainment, business, and community around the world. She learned to embrace the good, the bad and the ugly, along with the trials, triumphs, sacrifices, and victories that she faced along the way. Her conclusion was to embrace the concept of working with what you got until you get to what you need, but no matter what, just do not stop and work it well. Ms. Stevens has a passion for broken souls, creative opportunities, education, and entrepreneurship. For over 25 years, she has served others that walked her same path and provided a boost to individuals, organizations, communities and businesses. She uses her brand and experience to change lives, educate, innovate, and transform, and brought her hands on experience under one umbrella to ​THE WORK IT WELL PROJECT.

              Mini Summit Symposium,            Keynote and Training For Girls 
​For Girls And Leaders With Keynote & Symposium Hosted HER Museum and Work It Well with a presentation by Dr. Suga-T Stevens and other positive role models. We are seeking to reduce violence, and risky behaviors, while addressing Hip Hop, media, technology providing alternatives art for healing and balance. SOS Summit follows up with a creative and artistic space to develop more safe and productive life skills and girls to come together to gain more wisdom. 

 SAVE OUR SISTERS project ​

 Save Our Sisters, girl and women empowerment & fellowship 
Where girls and women learn how to make better decisions, learn good etiquette, promote positive imaging, learn leadership skills and positive societal behaviors towards one another, while building a sisterhood to decrease violence.

Economic Empowerment Replacing Barriers BOSS Steps to Pathways 4 Success program focuses on fostering entrepreneurship and technology exploration as tools for economic empowerment among vulnerable populations. This initiative provides participants with valuable skills and knowledge to launch and sustain their own businesses while exploring innovative technology solutions.

We provide innovative programming that supports the wellbeing and needs of families of children with autism. We celebrate our Aumazing Parents and seek to help them and their children get a better quality of life, through access, health and economic opportunities.

Through our employment training partnerships, she was packaged with work experience opportunities and gained new skills and confidence. We both made unified effort to provide a career opportunity that doubled her income within the same year.”
“A housing-insecure couple was living in their car through the Covid-19 pandemic when they enrolled in our program for our wrap around services. We referred them to one of our partner agencies that can assist the wife in pursuit of obtaining Social Security benefits, making sure that she was able to get the public assistance that she desperately needed. They also helped her husband secure consistent income by placing him in a temporary job opportunity until we identified an employee partnership in his credentialed career. Additionally, they were placed in housing paid for through our partnering agencies and are now able to sustain on their own.”

He was allowing his love for the arts to override his ability to take on the scholarship and apply it to education and the usage of arts as a part of an occupational skill. “Through the Aumazing Parents, a program designed for families with children on the spectrum, we support them through our wrap around services. One year we raised enough money to purchase a special technology for a young child with autism that support his cognitive development.”
“One single mother enrolled in our Aumazing Parents Program with a severely affected child on the autism spectrum that needs one-on-one care 24/7. We gave her a scholarship to our online virtual training module, a financial support stipend, and business coaching to help her build her own unique company. Now working independently at home, as a supplemental income, she can have the freedom, flexibility and financial stability to support her family, while being home with her severely affected child.”
