OUR STORY
It Started With Her Story...
Our founder Suga-T Stevens, was a victim of violence, teen mom and shortly after her children became adults, she was made a young grandmother. In the mist of balancing her trauma, low self esteem, risky behavior, parenting, grandparenting and career experiences, she developed into one of the most influential innovators in entertainment, business and community around the world. She learned to embrace the good bad and ugly along with the trials, triumphs, sacrifices and victories that she faced along the way. Her final conclusion is to embrace the concept of working with what you got until you get to what you are trying to get to, but no matter what just don't stop and work it well. Ms. Steven's has a passion for broken souls, creative opportunities , education and entrepreneurship. For over 25 years, she has served others that walked her same path and businesses that need a boost. She uses her brand and experience to change lives, educate, innovate and transform and brought her hands on experience under one umbrella to THE WORK IT WELL PROJECT.
