With a large number of people living in poverty, the Work It Well Project provides innovative solutions for the most vulnerable members of our community in efforts to help decrease intergenerational poverty, violence, health issues, mental health, suicide, substance abuse and at risk behavior by providing wrap around support.

 The SAVE OUR SELVES Wraparound Services provides comprehensive support to vulnerable populations, including men, women, youth, families, and communities. This holistic initiative offers tailored resources and services designed to address the unique challenges faced by these groups.
Key components of the program include case management, mental health support, educational and vocational training, and access to essential health services. By fostering collaboration among various service providers, the program ensures that individuals receive coordinated support that fosters self-sufficiency and resilience.
