Properly and realistically planning is very important. It starts with being realistic about what it takes to complete whatever plan you may be preparing to implement. This may require you to get more knowledgeable of what that plan has to incorporate and to avoid getting frustrated having a B plan could never hurt. A B plan is not bad to conclude, and it does not mean that eventually you may not come back to the A plan, it may not be the time for the A plan to exist. Keep in mind that when or if you come back to the A plan, you will be stronger and richer in knowledge truth and experience. Don't be afraid to consult with leaders and others who may have other experiences than you in the area of A focus. Many are very happy to share solutions, conclusions and perspectives.
